Responsibilities and Achievements

Include: Shanghai, Qingdao and Guanzhou branch companies and Chemical Co., Ltd 1, Create integrated Supply Chain system in China 1) Inventory Management - classify parts into A/B/C by value/volume,ed hardy shirts X/Y/Z by Frequency category and seted hardy shirts up safety stock level by parts- set up inventory regulation and valued communication with sales dept. to how to manage critical customers or parts demand changing. - disposal slow moving and obsolete stock.2)north face jackets Logisticsnorth face jackets Management- Logistics provider performance evaluation and control the logistics cost continuously.- Set up and monitor logistics KPI.- Prepare and Implement the logistics strategy with business 3) Warehouse and Distribution Management and network design- Set up management policy in warehouse (lean layout, FIFO or FEFO, 5S, Visual Control, etc.)- Supervisor goods accumulation to ensure the punctual parts delivery.- Supervise the goods receiving and product shipment process.- conduct financial analysis of material inventory monthly.- provide monthly inventory status and tendency analysis report to management team as reference.- Conduct cycle Count and keep the accuracy of stock.4) Product planning- make product purchasing plan based on the product forecast and order status.- lead the regular open order review meeting to check the products status per order.- make manufacturing planning daily and weekly according to demand and inventory, etc.5) Purchasing- Set up purchasing pattern, (forecast) for each parts with suppliers- according to the customer order and stock forecast to create and issue PO to suppliers.- trac the PO status with suppliers.
- monitor and implement JIT/consignment program with key suppliers.- Monthly Supplier evaluation and improve Supplier performance.
6) Sourcing business management- Product localization- Strategic alliance- Target Costing- Periodic payment- Supplier selection & management.
