Senior Position (Non-managerial)
1. Engine System team capability develop
Lead engine system team’s capability developing program with CTC supporting. Including engine performance simulation, TC matching, Cooling& lubricating calculation, 1D acoustic simulation and Valvetrain optimization.
2. Engine system integration
Worked as system integration engineer in a engine localize project, coordinate engine subsystem’s parameters, worked with cross function teams including Chassis, EE, Body and Interior on engine adaptation issues.
3. Performance simulation use AVL Boost and GT-Power
Do engine simulation use Boost and Power, including engine performance, TC matching, valve optimize and 1D acoustic.
4.Product engineering
Support Chrysler NEA global sourcing projects on engineering issues, visited some suppliers such as Crankcase, Cylinder head, Torque Converter, Water Pump, Camshaft, Timing Chain, Exhaust Manifold.

Participated in the all new EU5 Diesel engine developing project which worked with AVL, and promoted to be Assistant Program Manager later. Details are as following:
1.Joined in KOM and participated the base parameters and engineering targets setting progress, later participated all kinds of technical meetings with Program Manger;
2.In concept design phase, provide key parameters from Geely side to AVL Graz with senior adviser.
3.In layout design phase, coordinate Geely Chassis, EE and Vehicle departments to provide parameters for AVL, and communicate with suppliers for lots of engineering issues.
4.In detail design phase, resident in AVL STC and work as team leader for resident team. Call in supplier meeting and participate in technical discuss meetings, visited several suppliers.
